About the Program
-
Is your organization effective at holding on to key employees?
-
Are your employees engaged in their work?
-
Have you kept engagement issues on the front burner during challenging economic times?
If you've answered "yes" to these questions, congratulations! However, if you're like most organizations, the typical responses are a mix from "yes" to "somewhat" and "not really". As the economy improves it becomes increasingly important to retain your talented employees.
In this presentation we will look at what really motivates employees, the organizational components that affect engagement, and suggestions for implementing practical, low cost actions that can motivate, engage, and help retain employees.
